Nice, friendly, helpful staff. The van driver (Rafaela) was particularly nice. Upon arrival, the staff met us to take our bags. Excellent location, clean comfortable facilities. We would use them again.
The location is perfect near to the cruise terminal and the staff very professional and friendly
I would have rated this hotel a "10" if it hadn't been for our scheduled pickup at the airport. They never showed up.
Aside from that, this property exceeded our expectations.
Service was great, the room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water.
