I booked it on promotion. It was excellent value for the price we paid.
Location was very good for us, the hotel is a bit old fashioned.The staff was pleasant, but definetelly if we accept first room they have offered to us, it was not matching the expectations and pics offered by Booking at all! But they have changed the room to similar one what we have booked in advance.
Honestly, I do not know why someone tries not to be open and deliver exacly what you have booked online.
IT feels pity for the hotel, but we will never reccomend the place where we felt to be cheated.
Clean, fantastic location ideal for active family, centre of dolomites.
The staff was very friendly, the view from the balcony was beautiful.
Despite the fact that it was obviously not the hotel's glory days as it was a bit tired looking, everything we needed was there and suitable for a short stay.
Clean room, good views from the balcony, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
