Very helpful, friendly and kind staff, the location is a few steps to metro station, and there's what needed around, the room was clean and big with street view, the bathroom was clean, there is an elevator in the hotel.

Close to the transportation, comfortable and safe place

It's located in a central location by the train station. Very easy to get around. The hotel is located in a building that has other businesses (I believe), but not an issue. The staff spoke English and easy to communicate with. To come into the hotel, you have to ring in, but not an issue. Close to everything. The train station is right across the street with plenty of cafes around for your morning cappuccines.

Excellent location: not far from the Central station, metro station around the corner, 24 hours reception, possibility to store your luggage, good and affordable breakfast (10 euros).

the staff was nice and helpful, the location was excellent. walkable to city center about 20 minutos looking around stores, restaurants and cafeterias, or you can take the train M1 from the hotel to city centre. the train is right there at the hotel. the breakfast was good, there was a variety to choose. the location is safe, anyway, you have to be careful anywhere, I definitely I will recommend this hotel.
