A very responsive and helpful receptionist, and amaizing value for money.

Excellent location next to the lake! Very helpful and flexible staff who let us do a late check in and early check out. They had lots of suggestions and orientated is to the Dolomites. We used this our base and then hiked to Refugio Coldai and start our hut to hut hike. We stayed here again after our hike and were told where to catch the bus to go to Venice. They also had a delicious breakfast. Thanks so much for having us!

Staff was very friendly and understanding. We reached after 10pm they waited for us, found a proper place to park my car. Took our suitcases to 3rd floor since the lift was not working that day, and we were tired. That was a kind gesture. Next day only the lift was repaired. Breakfast is complementary and quite good. The view from our room is jaw dropping

Everything was perfect! The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. The location was straight out of a fairytale with view on the most beautiful lake surrounded by the mountains. The rooms were super comfortable and clean and breakfast was amazing!

Location was fantastic especially as I was upgraded to a lake view. The staff were very friendly.
