The house itself, spacious, well-designed room,
balcony.
Very good breakfast.
The breakfast room is very nice and large with big panoramic windows to the mountains.
The same room is used as restaurant.
Very nice location near Vipiteno, about 30 min. walk to the center, downhill.
Great location up the hill away from the noise of the town but easy walk to Vipiteno. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and large with a balcony overlooking the mountains and town below.

We only stayed one night, on our way south. The rooms was as expected, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner we great. And free parking onsite.
