Overall, it was nice actually🥹 I wasn’t expecting anything I stayed only overnight, and I was surprised in a good way: very clean, and smells good, bed is comfortable, room is warm, slippers, shower gel, free bottle of water, 100%worth for it’s money. And this hotel pretty close to train station, man on a front desk was very kind.
The reception staff were so gracious, helpful, and welcoming. We arrived late after a very difficult travel day when every train we had tickets for from Germany through Switzerland and then Italy was significantly late. So their kindness meant a lot. The room was actually quite spacious and thankfully was on the ground floor.. Bed and sheets were very comfortable and there was abundant hot water for the showers. While the price was higher than we had been used to paying for a modest hotel on Milan close to the train station, it was WAY more reasonable than any other hotel in Milan for one night. We found out the next morning that there was a big furniture exhibition in town so that's one reason why rates were so exorbitant at other places.
The hotel is nice for what it offers for the price. They were kind to keep my bags before check in. Nice touch were amenities in the room like paper house shoes or toothpaste with toothbrush... Nice park across.
We got a double room with shared bathroom, room and bathroom was clean. Room has shampoo, soap, clean towels. Sink was in the room.
The owners were very kind, trying to help us as much as they can. Not a 5 star hotel, shared bathroom but everything was clean. The room are well arranged. Good option to stay one night in Milan
