The family who ran the place us feel like we were more than just guests. Breakfast was very good and we were assisted with everything. Hard to find a large bed in most hotels but we had a nice queen bed. They view we had was incredible and we were walking distance from many good restaurants.
Very welcoming and friendly hosts. They agreed for me to change room to the back of the house because of road in front. Nice room #6 with views to the mountain above roofs. Everything spotless clean. Was given very helpful explanations for hiking tours and sites to see. The breakfast buffet offered all what I needed: nice bread, croissants, cheese, cold-cut, juices etc. The coffee was excellent and plenty. I stayed inside while other guest enjoy the table on the front terrace. We had nice conversations during breakfast with the attentive hosts. It takes maybe 10 min to walk down to the waterfront under the main road and through the old picturesque streets. Plenty of restaurants at the water's edge. All in all, I would recommend.
The owner with his family was great! So nice, always helpful, and open. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight of the day.
When we arrived the staff guided us to the parking lot which was super friendly. After, we received our room keys and we had the most beautiful view over Gargnano. Truly perfect and worth your money! The staff was highly helpful providing tips & also the option to leave our luggage there the next day was amazing. The breakfast in the garden was also delicious. This hotel is a true gem and the staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend and would love to visit again!!
Super friendly family in a beautiful house up the hill, with pleasant breakfast in the garden
