More than exeptional. It looks like family business and everyone from the hotel is truly kind and friendly. Amazing! Near the beach and some good restaurants. You will get all the advices what and where to eat, what to visit. I also took a trip to San Marino and Bologna and it was 1 hour drive from there. Few minutes drive from the Le Befane shoping mall. Amazing!

Breakfast was very good, staff extremely polite, hotel very clean, location excellent.
We spent three nights here. Hosts are very kind and helpful people. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. We were very satisfied with everything, we had a great time.
