Great location, amazing hosting, the owner of this place is such a kind person and staying there felt like a home. Thank you a lot!
The beach is really close, like 3 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful. He even lent some beach towels, and he let us use his freezer for the stuff we brought from our trip from Corsica. No questions asked. The place is super clean. When we visit Tuscany again, we will be staying here for sure.

Classy and relaxing villa with genial and knowledgable host. A true hotel.
Very friendly and clean. It has it's own parking lot inside. Security during night as gates are closed.
