It was well kept, the patio was lovely at night with lights. Very nice ambiance at all times! There was good supply of soap, good hair products and more. We had a stunning view of the Dolomite’s from our room window.

Hotel was very good. Staff was very kind. Breakfast better than adequate.

Very nice and courteous staff. I really enjoyed the spa area.

We got there a little later in the breakfast window and had to wait for the staff to make more food. But the food was very good and we appreciated them doing it.

Overall, the facilities are very good. They have spacious common areas and a very good gratis breakfast. I don't know what other rooms are like, but the single room is an experience in itself. Not more than 7 or 8 feet wide, you must turn sideways to get to your bed. The most distracting feature was the lighting. They have an ample desk to set up your computer and such, but it's so dark I had to hang my flashlight on the mirror to see anything on the desk. I was provided a lamp upon request, which I recommended they keep in the room. Other than the size and lighting, the room was ample for my needs. I was surprised to find that the single bed could be changed into a bunkbed for two!! I don't see how two people could navigate in such close quarters, but I'm not European and not a newlywed. Don't get me wrong. Other than the size and lighting, I would give this hotel high marks. The breakfast was and location were excellent!!!
