Hotel Kinzica is set in an imposing villa of the mid 18th century, within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. At Villa Kinzica Hotel children are allowed to stay for free, when sharing their parent's beds. A generous continental breakfast is served daily. The area is well served by public transport, making it exceptionally easy to visit all the city. Staff can issue permits to access and park in the restricted-traffic area. The location is excellent, literally around the corner of the leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and even has a small terrace to sit and relax.
Location was great, I could not test the breakfast as I went out early morning. the room was good and meet my expectation but the bathroom was too small but also good.
It’s old and comfy and could not be closer to the Tower and the Plaza die Miracoli, but the crowds are about two blocks away. The view from my window was charming. The staff were warm and welcoming.
The location was great, right beside tower, shops we're close by to.
Wonderful location close to Pisa Tower. Friendly staff. We were kindly allowed to leave luggage before our checking time. We were lucky to get room with window to pizza tower - what a view.
Rooms are decent size with stereotypical old Italian style (not sure if Italians live like that but this how we saw in the movies), modern bathroom and very useful thing - air conditioner :)
Breakfast tasty and sufficient.
