The view has really special,the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great
Fantastic location, mere steps away from the Basilica. Easy to get to from the parking garage as you enter the limited traffic zone, and they provided a ticket to reduce the cost of parking overnight. Nice breakfast and the cafe downstairs was a treat.
The hotel AND the surroundings are in excellent shape, very clean, very well maintained.
The view over the valley is breathtaking. The hotel is located at about the middle of the climb to the basilicas, which is great (not too much to walk up hill).

Hotel located in an excellent position at the entrance of the historical center of Assisi, at few meters (mostly in vertical ...) from the basilica. Staff is very kind and available. Wonderful panorama from the scenic balcony.
Great location - right outside a gate into Assisi. Very easy to get into all the wonderful sites.
