The location was perfect just next to Termini station, there was a kettle and free gifts , like tea, biscuits, and sugar
The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly people and the room is bigger and everything was sitting well
The following are what we liked best:
1. Excellent location for connecting to tours and travel. Roma Termini is walking distance.
2. Staff were very helpful, especially the young lady (don't know name) who was there when we arrived.
3. There is someone available 24/7.
4. Room was clean, comfortable, and adequate for our needs.
5. Very reasonable price.
Luigi is the best; he is friendly and helpful. He always has a smile and is ready to help. The staff is very friendly in general.
