I came to the area to participate in Ironman Emilia-Romagna. Leonardo was the perfect host, friendly and encouraging, incredibly helpful, giving me advice about travel, parking, shopping and local knowledge about the Ironman event. I was given a parking pass which allowed me to park in front of the hotel and also around the municipal area of Milano-Marittima and Cervia. The accommodation was perfect for my needs, comfortable and well equipped for self catering. It's only two minutes walk to the beach. Overall a great experience that exceeded my expectations.
The Hotel is run by a very nice people, who are willing to help with all questions. Rooms are quite big and cosy with a nice balconies and big bathroom. Location is very good, very close to both Milano-Marittima city center and beaches. BTTW this is one of the very few hotels, which provides free baby cot.
The apartment is spacious with everything you need for a comfortable staying. It has a large, sunny terrace that is ideal for dining and relaxing. Excellent location, close to both the sea and the heart of Mima. The owner, Leonardo, is fantastic—incredibly he's cordial and friendly.
I hope to come back soon.

Ausgesprochen sauber. Große Räume und sehr gute Lage im Zentrum. PKW Parkplatz durchgängig. Nettes und sehr bemühtes Betreiberpaar. Klimaanlage vorhanden und funktionstüchtig.
