Comfortable apartment with a kitchen stocked with coffee and all the basics for cooking. Great location, and extra points for the kind and helpful host.
Great location, not hard to find and close to main attractions. It’s not a noisy area and just around the corner there are shops and restaurants. Comfy little apartment with all the essentials for a short stay. It was clean, we had towels, toiletries and plenty extra blankets. The bed mattress is great, we slept very well. Communication with host was easy and he was very helpful, straightforward instructions for a fast check-in, we had a lovely stay so thank you very much, Christian!
We booked last minute while sitting at a restaurant on the canal. We were delighted when this place was available and literally around a corner from where we were sitting. It was incredibly good value for money, the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower and toilet facilities were clean and good, with plenty of towels and extra toilet paper, soap and shampoo.
Instructions were easy to follow, and communication was super fast from our host. They didn't meet us at the venue, so this was helpful and a bonus.

Posizione strategica centrale, ma fuori dal caos turistico, un luogo di cittadini, con molti servizi nella piccola piazzetta a 2 passi:ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato tabaccheria con bancomat.
Bisogna fare attenzione alla rete internet: la rete cellulare non arriva e il wi fi non funzionava e il piano cottura.
Sarebbe stato piacevole vedere un referente dell' alloggio, per questi disguidi.
Ottime le pulizie e il servizio che mettono a disposizione, coperte e asciugamani e avendo un cagnolino ho apprezzato ciotole e copertina dedicati a lui.
Nel complesso un ottimo servizio "I gioielli del Doge" sarà un punto di riferimento per le future prossime visite a Venezia.
