Exceptionally well located.
Very clean.

Very responsive host!
This gem of a studio apartment was a vibrant breath of fresh air to come home to. We loved it! Located just off the Piazza Grande and opposite the de Ricci wine cantina in a quiet lane overlooking the tiled rooftops and great outlook to the rural Tuscan fields. Communication, Check In and Support from our host was excellent. We had everything we needed plus good local recommendations. Comfortable bed, clean and nice to be able to open the windows. Thanks Federica we really enjoyed staying at your place in beautiful Montepulciano and exploring the other nearby hilltop villages. Tip ~ Do the de Ricci wine tour and tasting.
Very clean and warm, comfy bed and nice view. Location is high up in the old town, but it's a hill town so to be expected.
Direct road to the temple di San Biagio next street over. Food and drink spots very close. Also laundromat just 1 minute away. Hot shower, great water pressure. Very strong wifi, reached the church view 2 minutes up the road.
Federica was a very lovely host, Always available via whatsapp for any help we might need in Montepulciano. She helped us with a taxi and bus timetables to go to Chiusi.

apartment ideally located atop Montepulciano, very reasonably priced in off season.. Great bed, good water temperature and pressure in shower.
Excellent communication with host, who picked me up at the bus stop to save me a walk up the hill. Great recommendations for things to see and do both in Montepulciano and in neighboring towns.
