Location of the property is excellent, close to bus stops and metro.
Very close to the Colosseum, and you can just walk and enjoy Rome close to many monuments. The air conditioner saved us in the intense heat, It worked well. For one night, everything was perfect and comfortable. And you need to go upstairs to the room, without elevator.
Super central and with customised air-con, these days necessary for the heat in town. Very nice property managers.
The shower was broken and in the sink doesn't have much water
Lovely cosy room with all the basics just a few minutes away from the Colosseum. The only thing is ,it's located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so bear that in mind.
