Glad I didn't take the breakfast option as it looked a bit poor/light
Would have liked to know upon booking that it was in a different place and what it consisted of before paying as there were other options?!
Decent location for travelling around modena. Cafe available next door. As well as 2 restautants, borghetto and turismo steakhouse.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A very good restaurant right opposite the B&B
Ideal location for traveling along the A1 autostrada to the south or north. Room was good. Bed was also fine for us. Room is nice and dark so great if you want to sleep when it's light outside. We had an early checkout at 6:30, with the breakfast at the place on the other side of the road (great cappuccino !!). Staff was friendly and very helpful
