As the name suggests, the highlight is the balcony! It's amazing how the apartment is above the hustle and bustle of the main road, with super convenience to the station, but you don't hear much of that noise from above, just birds and the hum of the city. I was even surprised to see a bit of the sea in the distance. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and very responsive. The ancient lift is also really cool, a fun novelty for anyone who hasn't used one before. The wifi and air-conditioning are strong and reliable, which was important during our hot summer visit.

First of all the communcation with Domenico was very good. He made sure that someone was waiting for me even though my check in was at 18.00. Sent me details of how to find the place (is very easy to find it anyway - close to Plaza Garibaldi) and even had some recommendations of places in Napoli to visit or to eat in. Also, was kind enough that he upgraded my room to a double one with a view towards the sea and the Vesuvium. It was clean (the bathroom too) and quiet. And trust me, after a day of wandering in Naples you'll want a quiet place to rest All in all i recommend anyone this place in Naples

Easy to reach from the central station. Neat rooms , good view in the day time

excellent location short walk west from main train station. very good communication from owner. close to many restaurants and businesses. good AC unit. small room but adequate for one person. quality bedding and towels. clear instructions. chocolates were a nice touch. wifi worked well.
