Clean, quiet, and the staff were accommodating. The dinner was excellent as well, as was the breakfast. The cheese selection at breakfast was one of the best on our five-week road trip through Italy. You could easily tell the staff cared about their guests’ experience, and we even got some help carrying our luggage.
The location is perfect, the hotel deserve all its 4 stars. The staff was really nice and polite. I arrived at night at the hotel but still, they made me the favour to keep restaurant open for me, really professional!
We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Castegneto. The suite we stayed in was spacious, elegantly furnished and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. A big thank you to the Hotel Manager (Severio) who was exceptionally helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!
Gepflegtes Haus in großem Park, der direkt in ein großes Waldgebiet übergeht. Sehr ruhig. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Park und Pool. Schönes Zimmer, gutes Abendessen im Restaurant und gutes Frühstück
Location perfetta per una fuga dalla città, immersa nel verde, ristrutturazione elegante e piscina scenografica. Personale professionale e cortese, il Direttore Saverio in particolare è la summa dell'ospitalità e dell'amore per il territorio. Il ristorante è il fiore all'occhiello e la pizzeria a dir poco sublime. Un soggiorno gradevolissimo per scoprire la Basilicata Slow, peccato sia volato troppo in fretta.
