I liked the location, it was very close to the seafront and easy to park on the road.
Apartament is located 15 minutes from train station and around 10 minutes from free beach. It is isolated from the street, has equipped kitchen, towels and linen included. It is nice and clean, air conditioning available in every room. There is also washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & iron available.
There is big park nearby so on the hot day you can rest there and enjoy ice creams. There are great tourist spots nearby: Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre. Recommend the place.

Top-ausgestattete, schöne Ferienwohnung. Bisher so noch nicht erlebt, jedenfalls nicht in Italien. Nichts hat gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: gemütlich, sauber, ruhig, wunderschöner Zugang zur Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen (zweite Häuserreihe, abseits der Straße) in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Park und der besten Gelateria der Stadt. Zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad nur 2min. Auch Parken war kein Problem. An der Straße sind genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Im Hof konnten wir zudem unsere E-Bikes sicher abstellen. Check-In lief auch sehr unkompliziert und alles war online möglich. Sehr nette Betreuung via Chat. Fazit: Einfach perfekt!
Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni a Viareggio per le feste di capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo occupato entrambi gli appartamenti e tutto era come da descrizione. Case molto accoglienti e pulite. Zona molto tranquilla, non distante dal centro. Consigliata.
