The room was very clean, quiet and exceptionally well-equipped. It was also regularly cleaned and restocked daily. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary basic breakfast items and coffee. There is also a minibar available for an additional charge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the historic center. Accessing the property was not difficult if you read the instructions from the owner in advance. Communication with the owner was smooth and friendly.
Location was great! The host was very helpful on getting me to the property and keeping me out of ZTL (I was driving). Very quick response and great communication. Everything plus more was available to us in the room! First aid kit, toiletries, sewing kit, snacks (free) and some drinks available to purchase. AC is a great thing during the summer visits! The host even had a little gift there for us! I would for sure stay there again!
The property was in a great location to explore Naples. It was clean, quiet with several nice amenities. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind and offered great suggestions for places to explore and shop. Have excellent directions on how to find the property. Great value, great property.
Location is on a very lively street with restaurants, drinks, and souvenir shops. It has a lift that costs 10 cents which is very helpful for luggage. The suite is very clean, it felt like a hotel. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a couple of nights in Naples for our group of 3. They even provided a hair straightener for us to use along with body washes, shampoos, qtips, makeup removing wipes, feminine products.
This is a well situated property just off a very vibrant street in the old town. The room is very clean and the beds (even the pullout) are comfortable. It is updated. The staff are willing to please. When there was a wifi issue out of their control they quickly found a wifi cafe for my daughter to work abroad. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment for an extra hour. They seemed to be very helpful if there was an issue.
