The host is a very kind, supportive person. Although he didn't speak English, the communication went smoothly. He dropped us in his car in the city center for the bus to the train station. The location is perfect within walking distance ( 5-10 min) to Baveno center, bus stops and the port to the Borromean islands. There is a nice view to the lake from our room. The room was clean, cosy. Highly recommended.

The room was very nice, and just what we needed. There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, so it's not crowded ! Our host was present, helpfull and gave us some recommandations on where to eat and what to do. The house is ideally situated to walk to the boat for the Borromees Islands. And there is a parking lot !

The host Giuseppe is a super welcoming person. You will feel at home. If you need any help, just ask him and he will sort things out.

My flight got delayed and I arrived at 22:30, but the host was eager to still let me do the check-in. Great bed, clean room,linnen and facilities.
