Everything was perfect. The best view and best communication I have ever experienced. We literally fell asleep looking at the view because we didn’t want to miss a moment. Come to think of it, EVERY room had a view, including the kitchen and bathroom. They have thought of every detail which left us feeling like royalty.

During my visit to Florence on February 19th and 20th, I had the pleasure of staying at this unique apartment. Its remarkable location provided an incredible view, giving me a new perspective on the city, almost like being at Piazzale Michelangelo. The self-check-in process was straightforward yet effective, offering the right amount of privacy. Additionally, knowing that assistance was just a WhatsApp message away or a simple dial of 9 from within the apartment provided peace of mind. Overall, my stay here was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
