Two small gardens from front and back , a view into a Lo Stagnone Bay. Fully equipped kitchen and grill. Communication with the owner. Close parking. Washing machine and dishwasher .

Villetta situata a 8 minuti dalle saline e a 5 minuti dalla magnifica spiaggia San Teodoro di Marsala. Location perfetta sia per coppia che per un viaggio di gruppo. Lo spazio fuori permette di rilassarsi e di organizzare cene, cosa non da poco, vi è anche il BBQ di cui si puo usufruire. Parcheggio interno. La casa è accogliente, con arredamento moderno e tutte le stanze sono accessoriate con condizionatore. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile anche a fornirci informazioni su cosa vedere e dove poter cenare, comunicazione efficiente. Check in in autonomia con istruzioni chiare. Lo consiglio vivamente
Casa molto spaziosa con 2 bagni con doccia, aria condizionata in tutte le camere e nel salone, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, ben arredata. Comodo il Self check in anche se all'occorrenza il proprietario è disponibilissimo e rapido nelle risposte.
