The location was just steps from the center of Lucca. The room was stunning in both size and decor. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Excellent location and accommodations. Recommendations given for nearby restaurants are fantastic; especially love Caffe Santa Zita down the street for breakfast! Eggs Benedict!! Would recommend anyone to stay here.

IL Pozzo di Santa Zita is an ideal place to stay in Lucca. It’s quiet, very clean, well decorated, in a wonderful location and the rooms are very spacious. Don’t think twice book this charming getaway.

Sara, the owner who checked us in to our room, was wonderfully chatty and helpful, particularly regarding how to deal with our luggage service delivery given the lodging was not manned for accepting deliveries. Our room for the night, the Pink room, on the first floor was tastefully and colorfully decorated, with a couple of large comfortable chairs, a good-sized desk, & also a settee!; was a nice large room with an attached bathroom. The 'hotel' was part of an old palace and in a very quiet section of the old town; in a great location near to many restaurants and sights.
