Luciano was a great host, location is wonderful and the fact that it has a private parking place is more than helpful. We went with the kid, so the fact that there is no door between rooms was not an issue.
Location is excellent -- just a short walk up the steps to the main part of town. There also is a lovely view of the valley out of window in the main room.
Host is personable and very hospitable. Coffee (with a nice espresso machine) and tea were provided.
The location was perfect, about a ten minute walk to the centre of town, and if you have a car easy access to the national road network.
The apartment had a working kitchen, useful for a quick breakfast in the morning. A great view from the main window, and a secure parking place if you have a car.
Spacious, clean,close to restaurants, cafes,shops,museums.
It's my second visit at this place and I will return to it every time I visit Perugia. The flat is very comfortable, close to the city center and Luciano is a perfect, friendly host.
