The location is great, the place was clean, the air conditioning system in the room worked as expected, the beds were comfortable, and the communication with the main contact was good. Also, the building has an elevator.
Very nice apt in great location to visit all la Spezia has to offer, 10 minutes from train station, 10 minutes to port, right in the middle of of lots of shops and restaurants yet very quiet at night.We will definitely stay again.
Very clear and in a central location. We had easy access to the attractions of the area and were quite comfortable during our stay in La Spezia. Great place to base ourselves for the Cinque Terre.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful, everything as described, we are very pleased with our stay there. Apartment very clean, well equipped, in a great location in the centre, close to the marina and not far from the train station. The owners are very nice, very good contact and very helpful. We sincerely recommend it for a short and long stays and we will gladly come back. Thank you very much.
