La posizione della casa è più che ottima, si è proprio sulla passeggiata a due passi sia dal mare che dalla pineta. Il letto è molto comodo e dalle finestre si vede il mare e la passeggiata. La cucina ad induzione facile da usare. Sono presenti stoviglie, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggiare le bici al chiuso. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, cosa non scontata. Nella stanza è presente un pinguino per raffreddare l'ambiente e un dyson per ventilare e purificare l'aria.
