Franco was hospitable & very kind. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The property is beautiful with amazing views. It was a relaxing and charming way to end our 3 week busting tour of Europe and soak in beautiful Italian culture & unwind. Our train was delayed by several hours and we were stranded at La Spezia train station. Franco drove all the way there to pick us up because we missed our connection train! He cares about his guests experiences and pays attention to details to ensure it’s a good one. He was very helpful in every way. I highly recommend eating on the lovely patio and watching the glorious sunset.

My oh my, you will never find a better view. The previous reviews did not lie, but until you see it for yourself you can never truly appreciate it. Spectacular!!! Everything about the Incanto was perfect, you have an amazing garden all to yourself filled with lemon trees, olive trees and numerous other varieties that make sitting outside with a glass of wine and just watching the sunset, it doesn’t get better than that. Franco, the owner is a delight who goes out of his way to make your stay as stress free and as comfortable as possible, including offering transportation to those of us who are not quite used to driving on one lane mountain roads. The quiet, the views and the host were exceptional. The pictures posted are exactly what you get. The accommodation was well equipped to make simple meals.

The apartment was out of town, quiet, and comfortable. Our hosts were exceptional and helpful. They provided coffee and snacks, and helped with some transportation. The views were spectacular. There was a beautiful garden around the apartment where we sat and had coffee.

Everything. Franco our host, very accommodating. The view when not raining was gorgeous!!
