The breakfast was the most thoughtful of our trip. It was a charcuterie board of local delicacies. Of course coffee as well and a lovely room. The location was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk from the town parking and right between the two parts of Ragusa. We had an absolutely charming view and if it had not been so HOT I would have loved the rooftop lookout.

Perfect location with a fantastic terrace with an impressive view of Ibla. Communication was excellent and Vincenzo the host was incredibly helpful and warm. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was thoughtfully curated with local cheeses and meats, homemade spreads, bread, cake and Modica chocolate, and terrific coffee. Wish we had stayed more than 1 night!

Vincenzo is a remarkable and super kind host! Always with a smile. His breakfast are 10/10, full of typical Sicilian delights. Astonishing view from the terrace and perfectly located!

To navigate Sicily cities by car is challenging to say the least. Thanks to our host, we had a wonderful experience in Ragusa. Though our stay in Intervallo Boutique was short, we certainly felt the passion and kindness from a devoted host. We also recommend travel light to enjoy this hilly, beautiful town in Noto Valley.

Vincenzo was an exceptional host. The home-cooked breakfast on the beautiful deck overlooking Ragusa Ibla is worth the price of admission alone. Highly recommended.
