We got IzzHome New One some weeks before traveling as an upgrade.
A pleasant apartment on the ground floor of a 1-story building. Quiet neighborhood, parking in the inner courtyard behind a lockable gate, so we felt safe. Close to the town center, the shop is also right next door. The facility is fully equipped, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, very good WiFi. Easy contact with the staff, keys to pick up and return in a locker, so there are no problems with arrival times.
La professionalità, disponibilità ed efficienza delle due ragazze che si occupavano della gestione dell'appartamento. Ottime le procedure di check-in e check-out. L' appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio molto tranquillo, in una zona altrettanto tranquilla di Pula. Appartamento fresco comunque provvisto di aria condizionata. Comodissimo il parcheggio nel cortile interno. Buona la posizione, non distante da strada principale e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Pula.

Appartamento al piano terra condotto da importante agenzia proprietaria di diversi immobili anche in altre città, collocato in zona subcentrale e tranquilla. Strutturalmente bene organizzato e del tutto funzionale. Staff sempre disponibile, attento, rispondente e flessibile sulle richieste. Disponibilità di parcheggio privato in cortile interno. Ideale per soggiorni di breve e media durata per singoli, coppie o famiglie con un figlio.
