La casa è dotata di tutto l'occorrente che potrebbe servire durante una permanenza. È disponibile il microonde, cucina attrezzata, la moka, ecc... La posizione è un punto di forza.
Peccato, che non si possa tenere l'unica porta finestra aperta (sia per la luce naturale, sia per un ricambio d'aria) perchè sotto vengono montati gli ombrelloni e tavoli per il ristorante e sembra di averli dentro casa, si sente tutto e manca un pò di privacy. (Consiglio di montare almeno una tenda nella camera e una zanzariera, anche di quelle economiche con i magneti al centro)
