From the moment we booked the room, Yari was an excellent communicator, quick to reply and made sure we had all the details before we even arrived. When we did, we were welcomed with the most wonderful surprise: a basket full of Italian treats, both sweet and savoury, plus drinks (water, juice, even wine).
Our room was cool, spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The private bathroom was spotless and stocked with useful personal care products. Both the room and bathroom were cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated.
Yari also provided us with a detailed map of Florence, he marked the key sights, and even sent us via Whatsapp a list of recommended restaurants, complete with locations and the type of cuisine. He was always available if we needed anything, but also gave us plenty of space to enjoy our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and a better host! We absolutely recommend Yari and Katti House 2.
Our host Yari was super friendly, with fantastic communication before our arrival and during our stay. The building is very secure, there is a lift in the building and the rooms are comfortable with very good amenities. The Dome is very close, everything is easy walking distance.
We will be back!
