Beautiful, quiet location! Large villa right on the lagoon, large bathroom, a short walk to the water bus and many local eateries.
The location is beautiful, very quiet and right on the lagoon. Very well equipped kitchen. Good beds.
Excellent communication with owner
The location and the space were fantastic (but could use some darker curtains in the bathroom)! It was very quiet but easy to move in and out of Venice and surrounding areas. Definitely recommend!
The view was spectacular, especially at sunrise as the patio faces northwest. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen, washer, jacuzzi tub, etc. It was off the beaten path and in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. One even stopped to help us carry our luggage over one of the nearby bridges.
The host, Cristiano was absolutely fantastic! He was very personable, communicative and provided clear check-in, WIFI and other instructions. He also checked in with us to make sure all was well with the apartment. He even went out of his way to help us coordinate a water taxi to the airport on our last day.
Beautiful location and spacious apartment. Fully kitted out.
