The rooms are clean and in the excellent condition. Great advantage is a parking space. The location of the property is excellent, I'd say. It is quite close to the sea, approx a 15 minutes walk to the seaside. There are lots of nice cafes & restaurants with good food near the accomodation. The host is a very friendly and reliable person. In case there could be any kind of problems he was ready to give a hand. I'd definitely reccomend this property for my friends to stay in Montesilvano.

Abbiamo soggiornato a l’Anfora, siamo stati veramente bene , un luogo veramente rilassante e niente rumore malgrado possa essere su una strada principale ,,,👍
Vicino da tutto, sia per il mangiare che per la spiaggia e anche per qualsiasi negozio,,👍

Anche se per un breve soggiorno, la pulizia la tranquillità e centralità dell'appartamento sono stati i punti forti. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità. Ritornerò sicuramente.
