Gianlorenzo is a excellent friendly host. The location is perfect. Highly recommend it.
Location, walkable to shops and restaurants plus there’s a restaurant right across the street that’s very good for evening meal

The apartment was comfortable and a good size. The balcony is big enough for a table and 2 chairs. Laundry self service next door and fruit shop. 10 minute walk to Lake. Lots of hill walking.
We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, working AC in all rooms. Walking distance to the beach and city center 6 minutes. Easy self check-in directions. Highly recommend
