Neat and clean, fully equipped in case for cooking. The location is superb and the host is very helpful. Like the room that is only on the first floor (one above the ground) since we have many bags so this is not too trouble some.

The apartment is clean and organized. It is very well situated in the heart of La Spezia. Bars and restaurants are nearby. The owner is approachable and accomodating.Easy check in and check out process.

It’s a charming hotel with delicious breakfast and the kindest staff

We traveled to Europe from America in 2024 and stayed in La Spezia as a base for our visit to Cinque Terre. I have Leo's apartment 10 out of 10 for the following reasons. 1. Convenience - Leo's apartment was about a 6 minute walk to the main train station, La Spezia Centrale. From La Spezia, we had access to Cinque Terre and Milano Centrale train stations. 2. Clean - when we arrived, the apartment was clean and it was apparent that it was well maintained. 3. Modern - the apartment had indoor air conditioning, a large bathroom (by European standards), and the kitchenette had a small stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator, and espresso maker. 4. Cordiality - Leo was very responsive before and during the trip. He provided information quite quickly when I reached out. Overall, if I were to return to the Liguria region of Italy, I would first look to stay at Leo's apartment again.
