Great location, close to many restaurants and Roma Termini. Stable WiFi, nice bathroom, standard breakfast. That is it.
The staff is mainly rude, especially during the evening. Some guys ran after us upstairs demanding to show the card to the room. That was absolutely impolite, like I was looking like a homeless or thief. If stuff changes the information on new guests should be transferred to the new shift.
Room was old, central heater was missing the switching button and was making very loud noise. So if you wanted to turn it off you should use a wooden stick left on the control box. That is not safe at all.
The time for checkout is 10:30 although the site provides 12:00. Be careful, this information is incorrect and was also a minus point to this accommodation.
Fairly recommend to stay there.
