My daughter and granddaughter stayed just one night whilst in Livorno for swimming competitions. Everything went very well, great communication with owner for checkin plans and car parking.... Spotlessly clean... Only slight flaw is the bathroom not ensuite but worked perfectly well and great value for money... Would certainly return

Armando and his girlfriend were perfect hosts! They were super kind and helpful. We enjoyed all their food and sightseeing recommendations and they even stored our luggage for a few hours. The room and the shared bathroom were spacious and clean. We would definitely book again!

A very cofortable stay in the heart of Livorno. The apartment was very clean and included all necessary facilities. Armando was very nice and flexible - communication with him was easy and quick. We could even use the bikes provided by him (eventually, we didn't but it was a very nice option!). The room was spacious and quiet.

The guy was amazing! The room was very very clean and the bathroom was so big and clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and the mattress was new. It was a really amazing experience!!!
