We liked the communication and always quick responses if any questions. We also loved full size fridge ,washing machine ,cleanliness ,comfortable bed and location.
The location is close to everything, so everything is on walk distance. We parked our car next to the train station, where there is a big paid paking.
TIP. If you get by car, be careful because the location is close to the ZTL area and you might get a fine if you get to the wrong place at the wrong time.
