We had a fantastic stay in Bologna! The apartment is beautifully designed, very accessible, and conveniently located close to the city center. The availability of parking was a huge bonus that made everything hassle-free. Additionally, the owner, Luca, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the visit. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bologna.

The appartment was clean, cosy and had everything for stay, even more (toothpaste, tea, coffee, water in the fridge etc.). The owner was very responsive and was always accessible when we had any questions. It is located in quite place not far from city center. We enjoyed our stay in Casa di Luca apartment. The ground floor apartment was clean and exceedingly well equipped. Everything was there. There's an Aldi supermarket almost next door, together with other shops. It's also walking distance, if you're minded to, to the centre. Or by bus or taxi.

Luca was a very caring and conscientious host both before and during our stay. The apartment was excellent - modern, well appointed with lots of thoughtful extras. It was situated about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town but was on an excellent & reliable bus route (no.25). Luca had also left some supplies, which was very thoughtful. Wi-fi was very good & the cooking facilities excellent should you wish to use them. A really lovely stay - would recommend!

ottima la posizione e la dotazione di servizi. Il fatto di avere un piccolo centro commerciale appena dietro casa rende comodo il soggiorno. Due palestre a poca distanza e varie linee di bus nelle vicinanze
