This is a charming apartment, beautifully decorated and homely which gives you a glimpse of what it could be like to actually live in this beautiful city. The hosts were lovely, gave us all the relevant information and even made sure we were able to check in at the late hour we arrived. As well as the apartment we loved the location, away from the very busy centre which we appreciated, but close to local shops and restaurants.
Location is great, in a very quite neighborhood yet not far from the walking street, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and water bus stations. The host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean and here you can find everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of wonderful books, very cozy and you really can feel like home. Such a great stay!

It's in a quiet area just next to the back entrance to Biennale (Arsenale location). A lively area with bars and restaurants is 5-8 minutes walk away.
Great location, kind owners! Definitely recommend a visit during New Year's Eve!
