When I arrived, They helped me settle in and also guided me about how and where I can travel in rome. he is one of the best hotel staff i have had till date. Extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, airy and well-kept. The location of the hotel was lovely and it is very well connected by public transport. There is a metro station just 3 mins walk from the hotel.
