The most beautiul apartment ever! Sabrina was so nice and even with us not speaking Italian we communicated well (love Google Translate!). She let us get into the apartment early since we drove and weren't sure how long it would take us to get there. She showed us all around the apartment. The kitchen was so charming and comfortable - reminded me of my kitchen growing up and how it was the heart of the home. We loved the terraces - sitting out having drinks on them in the afternoon. We didn't want to leave! The location was great. Everything was perfect!

We definitely recommend this accommodation. The whole family was delighted. Very spacious, perfectly clean apartment, fully equipped to a high standard . In combination with a very nice and pleasant hostess, the accommodation was simply perfect In a quiet part of town, undisturbed by anything at night. Within walking distance of everything - sights, restaurants, shops. We try to choose places with a genius loci and this time we succeeded perfectly.

Location is superb, very close to the top of the hill with the local castle. Also lost of local cafes and restos nearby.

A wonderful place to stay in magical Spoleto! Sabrina is always in touch and ready to help with anything. A very authentic apartment, antiques highlight its character. Convenient bathroom, nice large kitchen. The balcony and terrace on different sides of the house are perfect for enjoying the beautiful views. Very comfortable antique bed. The whole apartment is filled with charm, it is very cozy, we had a wonderful holiday. All the necessary little things are there: from a small breakfast set to washing gel. We would really like to return!
