Squeaky doors. Air conditioner only cools well living room. Fans in the hot weather do not help in bedrooms.
But far from metro especially in the hot summer day.
The property manager was very nice and accommodating. While the apartment had A/C, it was limited to a living room unit with minimal air circulation to the other rooms. We asked the PM for a fan and was quick to accommodate our request.
Our family loved the balcony. We made use of the washer which was very convenient.
The apartment would easily be a comfortable stay for a family of 4.
The apartment is comfortable for 3 or 4 people, the living area is cosy and everything is extremely clean and well prepared for a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy and the owner accommodated our arrival and departure times perfectly.
This apartment suited my family's requirements very well. We are a family of four with two teenage boys, and we all enjoyed the space that this accommodation provided.
Perfect for a family stay with older teens who require their own spaces. Comfortable and quiet for our October break. Short walk to Garbatella metro station to get to all the major sights Rome has to offer.
Carrefour and Gros Sarcoph supermarkets within 10 minute walk for good selection of food and drink items.
