Excellent location to immerse yourself in a real italian setting in a real italian neighbourhood. The area is safe and quiet. Beds are confortable, good enough for 4 people, the kitchen is well furnished and the terrace is fantastic. The private parking is a great plus if you travel by car since parking is rather difficult to find and expensive. To visit the Cinque Terre you only have a short walk to Migliarina train station. While there go and visit Lerici and Porto Venere. Francesca is a fantastic host, she will give you all the information you need and help you enjoy your stay. Grazie mille Francesca!
We had a lovely stay in Francesca’s appartement. Comfy bed, fantastic balcony and near to the station and shops. Great base to visit Cinque Terre and Portovenere!
1. Francesca proactively reached out to us on the day of our arrival and is reachable during our entire stay.
2. The apartment is as good as it is shown in the ad with all the amenities.
3. She is friendly and provided us with information to visit cinque terre , get around la spezia and buy local wine.
4. She is helpful and dropped us at a cloak room after check out.
everything in the appartment was very good: the size of all the rooms especially the kitchen. everything that you might have needed was there. The terrace was a real bonus. there is a supermarket just two steps away.
Francesca was a real gem , so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.
Perfect stay!! Best stay to explore Cinque Terre, at a very reasonable price. The apartment was walking distance from the train which is very convenient.
The apartment was clean, organized and very spacious. It had everything you need for your stay and the terrace was gorgeous.
