We were allocated a brand new room and the property was in a good location with easy walking access to the main square. The host was very accommodating given there were water supply problems in the room and nearby hotel that was originally assigned to us.
The staff is amazing! We were picked up from the train station by the hotel chauffeur completely for free. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to us perfectly, recommended best places in the city, made sure we had everything we needed and replied to messages quickly. The room was tidy, although a light switch was a bit crooked and the AC was not working properly, but it didn’t impact our marvellous experience at this place.
Super cute, helpful staff! Clean facilities. The breakfast with fantastic home made pies and home made jams. The stay was very good experience in Scilla
Room was large with good double aspect windows and 2 balconies so plenty of light.
Bed was comfortable and staff where very friendly and helpful
Location is very quiet but Scilla on the whole was quiet when we visited, minimal shops in the area and only open as certain times of the day
Really nice location in Scilla. Personal very helpful and honestly one of the nicest with so many recomendations. Room well equiped. Checkin is done in next hotel, so be aware of it.
