It is in the most active and busy square in Spoleto where life goes on from early morning until late at night. It has lots of shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants near at hand. The wonderful travelator system in the town has a stop just off the square so access is very easy as is access to all other facilities in Spoleto. Plus there is a tourist information office just around the corner. All major tourist attractions are very accessible from here also.

Location was excellent, liked the bath tub, apartment was a great size, kitchen was a little small but very functional and well equipped, bed was pretty good as well. Hot water on demand was nice and hot. Giovanni was a great host.

Location was amazing and the apartment was so well organised clean and comfortable.Giovanni helped us in and also took us in his car back to the train station. Such a genuine lovely man. Spoleto really is a special place to visit. Thanks for the memories Giovanni.
