Good wifi, met at door by host, very easy, quaint room, air con in Living room only but very strong, good kitchen, 550 m from train at bottom of city, excellent bathroom w/ tub, microwave, clean, quiet at night.
Centrally located, right on Piazza Kennedy with several restaurants, cafes and tabac stores within 100 meters. We locked ourselves out but owner was there in 10 minutes to give us another key. Google translate helped since our Italian was limited
Looking out the window and seeing all the action. Pizza, pastries, gelato, drinks, all right there.
Great location in the centre of historic Spello , easy access, parking close, very clean and comfortable , spacious for 4 people , large bathroom with bath too ! Nice big kitchen for cooking and eating at home !
Location at the bottom of the hill was easy to get to with luggage. It was overlooking Piazza Kennedy and on Friday and Saturday there was noise from the cocktail bar into the early morning. Otherwise this was an excellent property. The host left us some home made fig jam and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Arriving and leaving was very easy.
